Nice, even climb through an open landscape where it's easy to find a tight pace. The gradient stays constant for a long time without getting really vicious, although the finale provides a little extra effort towards the top.

Nice and even climb from Chenestre to St André. Most of the climb runs at 4-5%. Only towards the end is there a bit steeper but then you are as good as at the top. Great runner in beautiful and open surroundings.

Just a nice climb through beautiful scenery. I had this one at the end of a day's cycling and found it quite a challenge despite the percentage not being too high and quite stable. Apparently then you still want to go faster than the legs can so it can be quite an instinker. Very nice and wide views to the left and back.

I totally agree with the review of Nielscotta.
The scenery is beautiful, and the whole area definitely worth exploring.

A very pleasant runner, in a beacon of peace and quiet. Nice to use as a crossing further south towards Banneux for example, especially to avoid the busy Belgian N-road which runs parallel to it. Also nice to descend with the bends, the nice views and the good road surface.
On top of Saint-Andr, you can continue the climb: after a small descent you can continue to Mortier (bad road here) and then climb another 2 km at 2 to 3 percent.
