Beautiful climb in a wonderful mountainous setting. Beautiful climb in a wonderful mountainous setting. It starts in Les Deux Aygues a village of a few houses on the bridge where you can also drive to Beaumont which also has 4 different fantastic climbs. You take the C3 and just follow the asphalt/concrete road to Versas. Barely 2 metres wide with a few exceptions but a wonderful climb with lots of varying gradients and several sharp and steep hairpins that are sometimes very steep and take you best outside. The scenery is exceptionally beautiful and regularly you can see between the greenery the canyon with the river and higher up you have beautiful views. The first part has quite a lot of shade the spur is also quite punchy with an undulating road up to Sanilhac. From Sanilhac a beautiful descent with a beautiful castle just before Largentiere. Definitely worth a visit.
