Onverwacht stevig klimmetje zo vanaf de hoofdweg want in het begin gaat het meteen rap door het bos omhoog. Verderop vlakt het af maar het stuk er voor voel je dan nog wel. Uiteindelijk gaat de klim door agrarisch gebied met aardig uitzicht. Redelijk tot goed asfalt maar in het laatste stuk wel wat gruis op de weg.
