Fraaie klim over een doodlopende asfaltweg (de weg gaat verder als (nu behoorlijk modderige) gravelweg). Vanuit het dorp rijd je onder het spoor door en dan lekker omhoog een prachtig dalletje in waarna twee mooie haarspeldbochten volgen. Vanaf hier wordt de helling al minder en er volgt nog een licht slingerend deel door het bos richting het plateau. Prima asfalt maar vanwege de stormen van februari 2022 lag er nu wel veel rotzooi op de weg.
