Steep, long and scenic. One of the highest roads in the UK! Definitely a must do.
A bucket list climb, equal highest through road in England (627 mts 2057 ft), shared with Killhope Cross just down the road. A beautiful road with snow poles. Most of England's highest roads are clustered in this area, ripe for taking in one ride bearing in mind few of the roads dip below 800 ft.
A long, winding and undulating road, with some really steep pitches and the odd cattle grid to keep you focused, this is a wonderful climb. Slightly heavy surface, but it's largely unbroken meaning you can concentrate on the scenery rather then the road itself. Close to rating this a "must do".
