If you’re staying by the lake, this is definitely worth doing at least once. The downside is that you start off with cold legs and are immediately faced with some steep gradients. Once you get into your rhythm, though, it’s a wonderful climb. Just cross the busy road and then head up through the village on a very quiet road. The last bit is a dead end but still has a nice steep section. Don’t be afraid of stray dogs!
Als je aan het meer verblijft dan is het een aanrader om een keer te doen. Nadeel is dat je met koude benen vertrekt en gelijk stevige percentages voor de kiezen krijgt. Zodra je in je ritme komt is het een heerlijke klim. Even de drukke weg over en dan door het dorp via een heel rustige weg omhoog. Laatste stukje loopt dood maar kent nog wel een lekker steil stuk. Niet bang zijn voor loslopende honden!

Mooie rustige klim vanaf de camping. Het eerste deel is best druk maar zodra je bent overgestoken is het erg rustig. Voor de rest is het wel een pittig klimmetje maar niet zo lang waardoor hij goed te doen is. Het wegdek is te doen maar ik zou hem niet als afdaling pakken als je anders kan .
