I think, or better, am sure, that the last one-and-a-half kilometres smoothly exceeds 10 per cent. Garmin continuously indicated 13 to 14 pct. And that's what it felt like (if it wasn't steeper). Nice very gentle climb, just a killer last kilometre and a half.... read more

Climb meanders through the landscape, fun climb to do, largely out of the woods (so there is something to see but no shelter from the sun). Some steep sections but nowhere protracted. Just before the last steep section there is a fairly flat recovery stretch. The road surface of the relation narrow road is quite bad in parts of the climb, which is less pleasant especially when descending. Little traffic.

Weinig verkeer.

Nice quiet climb with wisseland scenery. Met only a few cars's along the way. Some sections are quite steep anyway, so you have to keep working. But especially the last section is quite tough (and steeper than the profile suggests).
Going down, I descended to Oberhamersbach. I can recommend that, as that road surface is a lot better and clearer.

Nice very gentle climb, just a killer last kilometre and a half.

Garmin gaf continu 13 a 14 pct aan.
