Na de Col de Bavella beklommen te hebben vanuit Solenzara afgedaald tot Cusciocani en toen via Gualdaricciu en Giglo de klim gedaan. Voordat je bij Carabona komt waar het klimwerk begint en het direct goed steil wordt heb je dan al een paar korte 'hupsjes' gedaan. Ben op de top rechts afgeslagen naar de Bocca d'Illarata wat de klim verlengt met wat makkelijke kilometers. Prima asfalt en een mooie klim tussen bos met zicht op rotspartijen, zoals eigenlijk alle klimmen in Corsica die ik tot nog toe gedaan heb. Heb pas bij de Illarata foto's gemaakt dus kan er hier helaas geen posten.
