In itself a pleasant stretch to cycle. It never gets really steep, except at the end you might have to step on the pedals to avoid having to switch to the inner ring. The first stretch is quiet through the village centre. At the end you have to turn right on a stone road without a cycle path. As a result, you may have to stop to let traffic pass. The last part is also the most annoying part as you are on a busy road with poor tarmac.

Approximately at the church of Landskouter you realize that you have started this little climb. After the first steep parts past the church the road flattens out a bit but the hardest part is when you turn right on the Geraardsbergse steenweg. Still full on the pedals along the forest and you're at the top!
