Been cycling this climb a couple of times a year for the last decade. Pretty challenging gradients with really poor road surface - watch for potholes and subsidence. However, you are rewarded with some great views of Loch Fyne once you’re over the top. Very quiet road and highly recommended. A few sustained steep sections at the bottom with one particular hairpin with loose surface that can be pushed through. Weather can set in fast at the top with heavy nist/clouds possible - set of lights are handy for the slightly rough and descent
