Very even so cycles nicely, the road surface is good but a lack of nice views (the second part) and the traffic make it less attractive anyway. Nice descent though :)... read more

Warm-up near a lot of famous climbs you could make this one part of a very tough section over the wanne stockeu etc... otherwise not super special

An excellent climb to train on. Long and steady. But not a climb to enjoy.
The road is busy with car traffic, straight and surrounded by bushes. No beautiful views.
In short, do it while you are there.

The prototype of the long and rolling hill, which is not my cup of tea in normal circumstances. Nice views of the Lienne valley on the way down.

Nice even climb at about 5%, because of its length ideal for training to get climbing rhythm.
Quite a lot of traffic.

Nice climb to warm up for the real work around Trois-Ponts. Longer than expected and because of this you can still acidify before reaching the top !
