A climb on the connecting road between Wirtzfeld and Elsenborn. In the built-up area you notice little of this because the road is "normal" and partly goes up nicely. Outside the built-up area, the road becomes more like a through road - which is quiet - and rises in a few wide bends. The climb ends at a water reservoir where also the good tarmac turns into a rough concrete road (which continues up to Elsenborn) Nice climb but not special and the part after the climb is not really comfortable (although there are distant views).
Een klim over de verbindingsweg tussen Wirtzfeld en Elsenborn. In de bebouwde kom merk je daar weinig van want de weg is "normaal" en gaat deels lekker omhoog. Buiten de bebouwde kom wordt het meer een doorgaande weg - die wel rustig is - die met enkele ruime bochten omhoog loopt. De klim eindigt bij een waterreservoir waarbij ook het goede asfalt overgaat in een ruwe betonweg (die doorloopt tot Elsenborn) Aardige klim maar niet speciaal en het stuk na de klim is niet echt comfortabel (al heb je daar wel weer verre uitzichten). Het eerste deel pakken, halverwege naar links (richting Berg) en verderop rechts naar boven aanhouden is dan een stuk leuker.
