A nice climb this way over the estate but there is quite a bit of cobbles in it - and also on the steep part. You will feel that anyway. Nevertheless, this climb too is definitely enjoyable but more of the scenery than the climb itself.

Een mooie beklimming zo over het landgoed maar er zit een flink stuk klinkers in - en ook op het steile gedeelte. Dat ga je toch wel voelen. Neemt niet weg dat ook deze klim zeker genieten is maar dan meer van de omgeving dan van de klim zelf.

My favourite of the Posbank. Good steep and for me a big test of how the legs are. I never skip it when I'm in the area.

This is a nice alternative to the snippendale road. If you get there early enough ( or with bad weather ) you won't actually be bothered by day trippers. It is a somewhat difficult route to find. If you have passed the visitor centre car park then you should follow the sign 'schaapskooi' from there it is self-explanatory.

Cycled across the Veluwezoom on 3 January. Had not been there for four and a half years. How much has changed. Many more paved concrete cycle paths. Most of them have sand/shingle/sometimes partly hardened paths next to them on which you can cycle just fine. Sometimes, though, the sand was too loose for my 23 mm tyres. Very nice cycling (including a bit of climbing) in the Veluwezoom National Park.

Op 3 januari gefietst over de Veluwezoom. Was er vier en een half jaar niet geweest. Wat is er veel veranderd. Veel meer verharde betonfietspaden. Bij de meeste loopt er een zand/schelpen/soms deels verhard pad naast waarover je prima kunt fietsen. Wel soms stukjes waar het zand voor mijn 23mm bandjes iets te mul was. Heel mooi fietsen (inclusief een beetje klimmen) in het Nationaal Park Veluwezoom.

Er rijdt geen noemenswaardig verkeer en er is ook geen fikse hoeveelheid fietsverkeer; wandelaars zijn er wel, maar de weg is breed. Het profiel is grilliger dan het figuur doet vermoeden en ik kwam slecht in een ritme. Het leek meer op een soort zaagtand (stijgen-vlak-stijgen-vlak-stijgen). Dat en de lengte maken deze klim best pittig. Ben je eenmaal boven, dan kun je tijdens het uithijgen uitkijken over de heidevallei voor de Posbank.
