Bit separate, in southern Limburg this would be classed as two separate climbs. The first part is also very different from the second. Whereas the first part from Soiron leads through beautiful rural areas, the second part from Xhandelesse--which also requires some right-left manoeuvring--runs through a residential area. That's why I would actually give the climb 2.5 stars; 3 stars for the first part and 2 for the second part. So now only 3 stars because of the nice approach from Soiron.
