A really beautifully located cycle path with perfect tarmac and regular beautiful views.

About the climb: Hmmm bike path over old railway line and an average of 2.5%. Piece of cake. That was a bit of a disappointment. The first few metres immediately go up nicely with a real hairpin bend. Then it does indeed get the character of a railway line, but further on it starts undulating more and more and the percentages change regularly with sometimes slightly steeper sections and even some downhill sections. In absolute terms, the gradients do not present any problems but you cannot really get into a rhythm which does make the ride harder - and thus more interesting. The stretch between the houses also suddenly rises a bit steeper. All in all, the whole ride is definitely enjoyable.

Eitje dus. Dat viel toch even tegen.

A not so well known longer climb to use as a connecting route from the L721 (beautiful road) if you come from Hallenberg or Wemlichhausen. Runs nicely uphill in a bowl, through a number of tunnels with views of the valley below.
