A decent climb at a steady gradient with no steep shocks. At over 3km it’s one of the longer climbs this side of the peaks (that’s not a busy A road), worth it if you’re after something requiring a bit of endurance and the scenery as you climb to Widgather is a plus. Surface is usually ok with the exception of a few pot holes which are easily spotted and dodged. A decent climb at a steady gradient with no steep shocks. At over 3km it’s one of the longer climbs this side of the peaks (that’s not a busy A road), worth it if you’re after something requiring a bit of endurance and the scenery as you climb to Widgather is a plus. Better way of reaching pyms chair than the main climb due to the gentle approach.
