In terms of setting, this is a very nice little climb because you start in a pretty valley with a pretty steep slope - and above it the houses. The road also rises nicely and after the right-hand bend this continues for a while. After that, it is soon cycling out. The tarmac is good but can be a bit dirty on the steep part.
Qua omgeving is dit een heel leuk klimmetje want je begint in een fraai dal met een best steile helling - en daarboven de huizen. De weg loopt ook leuk op en na de bocht naar rechts loopt dat nog even door. Daarna is het al snel uitfietsen. Het asfalt is goed maar kan op het steile deel wel wat vies zijn.
