The description said that the climb would not be accessible at the moment, but I did it today anyway. The Valkenberg is of course a classic. If you prefer quieter and more beautiful scenery, then this one is a must, for me it will probably stay with this one time due to the bad road surface and the changeable gradients.
In de beschrijving staat dat de klim momenteel niet bereikbaar zou zijn, maar vandaag toch gedaan. De Valkenberg is uiteraard een klassieker. Wil je het liever wat rustiger en mooier qua landschap, dan is deze een aanrader, voor mij zal het waarschijnlijk bij deze ene keer blijven door het slechte wegdek en de wisselvallige hellingspercentages.
Nice alternative for Valkenberg; this way you ride between the fields instead of between the houses;
less smooth convex tarmac than Valkenberg.
mooi alternatief voor Valkenberg; zo rij je tussen de velden in plaats van tussen de huizen;
