Longer climb over a - narrow - bike lane along a sometimes quite busy through road. Starts very relaxed but does get slightly steeper as the end approaches. The water tower really is on a hill but there are not many views. You do make some altitude metres with this climb but there are nicer - and especially quieter - alternatives.
