Hoewel redelijk steil, is het een goed lopende klim welke eerst door een bos loopt om vervolgens tussen weilanden door naar het dorpje Brenscheid te lopen. Het wegdek is nieuw en daardoor erg goed. Er is praktisch geen verkeer.

Door het slechte weer in de zomer van 2021 is de brug weggeslagen en is de klim tijdelijk niet te doen.
