The first part meanders nicely where you pass Hotel De Wereld and the Liberation Monument, but then follows a straight section that feels quite long and hardly climbs at all - although you do make some altitude metres because of its length.

Longest, but least challenging climb of Wageningse Berg. It is nice though that in the right-angled turn, still at the bottom, you drive straight to Hotel De Wereld: always nice to start a climb at a historic spot!
After that, it is mainly a long straight uphill ride, it rises, but that is all that can be said. The arboretum at the top is worth a visit, but it remains to be seen whether most cyclists will have an eye for it: many will be looking for a slightly more exciting climb.
