Kort maar pittig klimmetje over de slingerende weg van Nirm naar Verlautenheide waarbij je over een vrijliggend fietspad rijdt. Het begint rustig maar voor de laatste 500 meter tot aan de top is het echt aanpoten. Er zit een stukje bij waar het stijgingspercentage de dubbele cijfers ingaat.

Lovely winding road up through a green area and sometimes with nice views to the left. In the beginning a tough piece that you keep feeling for the rest of the climb. The bike path is two way but not mandatory so many cyclists descend via the road (with the nice curves, the descent of this climb is also a pleasure). Both have very good tarmac.
Heerlijk slingerende weg omhoog door een groene omgeving en met soms leuke uitzichten over links. In het begin een pittig stukje dat je de rest van de klim wel even blijft navoelen. Het fietspad is tweerichtingsverkeer maar is niet verplicht dus veel fietsers dalen via de weg af (met de lekkere bochten is het afdalen van deze klim overigens ook een genot). Beide hebben heel goed asfalt.
