Joli petit col ! La montée commence avec des pente douce et la route est bordée sur la droite par un petit ruisseau et ses cascades. Ce n'est qu'après les 3-4 premiers kilomètres que les choses se corsent, les % augmentent et la qualité du bitume se dégrade pour au final se transformer en un chemin de graviers sur le dernier kilomètre.
