A pretty little pass! The climb begins with gentle gradients and the road is bordered on the right by a small stream and its waterfalls. It's only after the first 3-4 kilometres that things get tougher, the % increase and the quality of the tarmac deteriorates, eventually turning into a gravel road on the last kilometre. After this experience I wouldn't recommend tackling this final section with a road bike. It's much better suited to gravel or mountain bikes.

Joli petit col !
