I did this climb today (20/08/2022), I arrived via Zogno-Miragolo.
beautiful scenery ... there are no drinking fountains on the route, unless you know the precise places marked, so facing this route with a supply of water is essential....the asphalt for long stretches has been redone but after the intersection with the deviation that marks the Santuario del Perello, in practice the last km, you would need a mtb so much is ruined the road surface.....
however it is worth it, it is challenging for someone like me who is 64 years old and pedals with one leg....

ho fatto questa salita oggi ( 20/08/2022) , sono arrivato via Zogno-Miragolo.
paesaggio bellissimo… non si trovano fontanelle sul percorso, a meno che non si conosce luoghi precisi on segnalati, quindi affrontare questo percorso con scorta di acqua è indispensabile….l’asfalto per lunghi tratti è stato rifatto ma dopo l’incrocio con la deviazione che segnala il Santuario del Perello, in pratica l’ultimo km, ci vorrebbe un mtb tanto è rovinato il manto stradale…..
comunque vale la pena , è impegnativa per chi come me ha 64 anni e pedala con una gamba….
