Starting in Bardi, a charming medieval town boasting an imposing, well-preserved fortress, the climb unfolds with a fairly consistent gradient. Up to the stone bridge, the ascent is gentle, but the incline becomes steeper beyond that point. I tackled this route on December 31st, enjoying minimal traffic along the way. While the Passo Pelizzone offers decent views overlooking Bardi, it doesn’t stand out as particularly remarkable. However, I found the climb itself thoroughly enjoyable.
