I have never done this climb myself, in fact what I am telling you is my father's experience. My father has done the Valico di Chiunzi many times, both from Angri and from Maiori. In particular, the Angri side has slopes that really should not be underestimated, especially when you enter the town of Corbara and after the hotel, which is just a few kilometres from the finish line.
Non ho mai fatto questa salita di persona, infatti quella che racconto è l'esperienza di mio padre. Mio padre ha fatto tante volte il Valico di Chiunzi sia da Angri che da Maiori. In particolare il versante di Angri presenta delle pendenze davvero da non sottovalutare, soprattutto quando si entra nella cittadina di Corbara e dopo l'hotel che si trova a pochi chilometri dall'arrivo.
