This climb is more challenging than it looks on paper. The first half features alot of small hairpins and unlike modern hairpins, these are steeper than the parts in between..! It's an old road seemingly just layed out in the terrain as it is, with no attempt at smoothening the incline. The lower part passes by several farms and open fields giving quite nice views over the valley. The middle part goes through a forest, before it opens up again near the top. You never really pass the treeline here, but the vegetation becomes quite low. On the top awaits a beautiful view into the Synnfjell-area (photo), and a kafe (not open in late autumn, but usually open in weekends++ in winter-summer)
