Since April 2024 there has been fresh billiard cloth asphalt with a very wide bicycle lane on it. Hurry up that short thing, especially with that descent right before it.
Sinds april 2024 ligt er kakelvers biljartlaken-asfalt met een hele brede fietsstrook op. Oprammen dat korte ding, zeker met die afdaling er vlak voor.
Between Vijlen and Castle Vaalsbroek, the nicely situated road goes up and down continuously, and this is the biggest hump you'll encounter along the way. Nothing sensational further, you can take a lot of speed on the descent before and then it's just a bit of pushing to get to the top. And you actually come across the climb automatically when you are on this connecting road. Reasonable to good tarmac and beautiful surroundings.
Tussen Vijlen en Kasteel Vaalsbroek gaat de mooi gelegen weg continue op en neer en dit is de grootste bult die je onderweg tegenkomt. Niets opzienbarends verder, je kan veel vaart meenemen aan de afdaling er voor en dan is het nog even aanzetten om boven te komen. En je komt de klim eigenlijk vanzelf tegen als je op deze verbindingsweg zit. Redelijk tot goed asfalt en een fraaie omgeving.
