From this climb you do get a bit 'Werm' as warm sounds in the Limburg dialect. After a short descent, the climb starts steadily and then gets nice and steep for a while. This year there were all sunflowers along the side so it was a nice colourful scene all around you. At the top of the climb, you come across a statue that looks like it came from Easter Island.
Van deze klim krijg je het wel even 'Werm' zoals warm in het Limburgs dialect klinkt. Na een klein stukje afdalen begint de klim gestaag en wordt dan even lekker steil. Dit jaar stonden er allemaal zonnebloemen langs de kant dus was het een mooi kleurig geheel om je heen. Bovenaan de klim kom je een standbeeld tegen dat lijkt alsof het van Paaseiland af komt.
In the rolling countryside near Hoeselt, this is a sudden climb with a noticeably steep section. Not long but too long to do on speed. The concrete road passes through a nice area with nice views to the rear and ends at a large landscape artwork. The last few metres of the road surface are cobblestones.
In het glooiende landschap bij Hoeselt is dit ineens een klim met een opvallend steil stukje. Niet lang maar wel te lang om op de vaart te doen. Het betonweggetje loopt door een aardige omgeving met leuk uitzicht naar achteren en eindigt bij een groot landschapskunstwerk. De laatste meters van het wegdek zijn kasseien.
