Relaxed climb over quiet tarmac roads, first between houses and then through a reasonably green industrial estate. The steepest (relatively then) part is after the roundabout. Climb in itself is not really inspiring but is an excellent alternative to the very busy Rue Mitoyenne to go from Welkenraedt towards Eupen.
