Ugly road through the centre of Aachen. You also face a number of traffic lights here and it is very busy.

Really a city road with accompanying traffic so you have to be able to cope with that or you need the road as an exit from Aachen (but then there are better alternatives). The road does offer quite a steep incline for such'a traffic road so that is a plus. The aforementioned traffic lights can be bypassed on the right as they are meant more for cars's (though it does require watching out for pedestrians).
