This climb goes over a farm road, through a forest on the steepest part, and past some grain fields and meadows where cows are grazing. There is hardly any traffic, but the road is narrow, so you have to secretly keep an eye on your fellow road users (especially in the descent).
The first part of the climb is on a road surface that feels 'Walloon', it is not very good. As the normal mortal will not reach high speeds on this steep pitch, the bad road surface is not in your way. If you do this as a descent, I would keep your hands on the wheel.
