A straight and quiet road (only local traffic) from the Geleenbeek up towards Heerlen. Just after the start you pass the old Terworm Castle. The road climbs nicely in the beginning. As soon as you have passed the top of this part, you can see the final hump in front of you, near the poles marking the entrance to the estate. The stretch in between seems flat but does climb a bit. Beautiful surroundings (just like the rest of the estate, there are nice cycle paths) because you ride over the estate with, among other things, small standard orchards on both sides of the road. The road (with good tarmac) is also part of a beautiful connecting road between Voerendaal and Heerlen.
Een rechte en rustige weg (alleen bestemmingsverkeer) vanuit de Geleenbeek omhoog richting Heerlen. Vlak na het begin kom je langs het oude Kasteel Terworm. De weg klimt in het begin even lekker. Zodra je over de "top" van dit stuk bent zie je de eindbult al voor je liggen, bij de palen die de ingang van het landgoed markeren. Het stuk er tussen lijkt vlak maar klimt wel degelijk ook nog enigszins. Mooie omgeving (net zoals de rest van het landgoed, er zijn mooie fietspaden) omdat je over het landgoed rijdt met o.a. kleine hoogstamboomgaarden aan beide kanten van de weg. De weg (met goed asfalt) is ook onderdeel van een mooie verbindingsweg tussen Voerendaal en Heerlen.
