Nice climb, nice area too but you could indeed feel those cobbles!
leuke klim, mooi gebied ook maar die kasseien voelde je inderdaad!
Wonderfully varied climb where the greatest fun is in the beginning but the rest is also certainly pleasant. From the start it is tarmac and after a few metres the road turns right, becomes cobbled and immediately goes uphill where it is hard work. After the short steep part the road flattens out but the cobbles remain for a while. Keep to the right until you can cross the railway bridge. After that there is a short hollow road up to the highest point after which you enter a beautiful open landscape.
Heerlijke gevarieerde klim waarbij de grootste pret in het begin zit maar de rest ook zeker aangenaam is. Vanaf de start even asfalt waarna na een paar meter de weg naar rechts gaat, overgaat in kasseitjes (wat de helling voor NL uniek maakt) en meteen flink omhoog knalt waarbij het aanpoten is. Na het korte steile stuk vlakt het af maar de kasseien blijven nog even. Steeds rechts aanhouden tot je het spoor over kan via de brug. Daarna volgt nog even een holle weg tot het hoogste punt waarna je in mooi open landschap terecht komt.
A nice little climb, the first part of which is paved with cobblestones, after the turn it turns to asphalt and the gradient also flattens out. Spur to the railway bridge, after which you can find the last part of a hill in partly hollow.
Een leuk klimmetje waarvan het eerste deel met goed liggende kasseitjes, na de afslag gaat het over in asfalt en vlakt ook de hellingsgraad af. Uitloper tot aan de spoorwegbrug, waarna je laatste deel van een heuvel in deels holle weg kan terugvinden.
