Beautiful climb through even more beautiful scenery over a good road surface. It's not tough enough to get tricky, but your biggest obstacle is the width of the bike path. It's just wide enough for two riders to ride side by side, and because it's not a high percentage, a lot of people with electric bikes also go up here, which makes good manoeuvring a requirement when overtaking. And calling in time, as the older folk will first look back to see why the call is being made.
Prachtig klimmetje door een nog mooiere omgeving over een goed wegdek. Het is niet zwaar genoeg om het lastig te krijgen, maar je grootste obstakel is de breedte van het fietspad. Het is net breed genoeg om met zijn 2-en naast elkaar te rijden en omdat het geen hoge percentages zijn gaan er ook veel mensen met een elektrische fiets hier omhoog, waardoor bij inhalen goed manoeuvreren een vereiste is. En op tijd bellen, want het oudere volk gaat eerst omkijken waarom er gebeld wordt.
Lovely clear cycle path linking De Steeg to Posbank. Two real bends in it and the necessary up and down through forest with ferns. in De Steeg catering establishments and you end at the Posbak pavilion (catering establishment) with an outdoor tap.
Fraai vrijliggend fietspad dat De Steeg met de Posbank verbindt. Twee echte bochten er in en het nodige op en neer door bos met varens. in De Steeg horeca en je eindigt bij het Posbakpaviljoen (horeca) met een buitenkraan.
Let op minder handige fietsers. Het beton kan bij nat weer glad zijn.
