Not too difficult climb from Groot-Welsen towards quarry 't Rooth. The steeper start is between bushes on both sides of the road. Then views over the surrounding area.
Few climbing points but the scenery makes up for everything as it is very pretty. You start in a pretty little valley after which you wind slightly up a deep hollow road towards the plateau with wide views. The road was quite dirty but underneath the dirt was fine tarmac.
