Definitely don't miss this one on Tenerife. The views over the sea, the cliffs but definitely the steep cliff face you cycle along. When we were there in early February, the route was car-free. The tarmac is very nice. Be careful, there is quite a long dark tunnel in the climb. We had enough light from our mobiles by the way.
Deze zeker niet missen op Tenerife. Het uitzicht over de zee, de kliffen maar zeker ook de steile rotswand waar je langs fietst. Toen wij er waren begin februari was de route autovrij. Het asfalt is erg mooi. Let op, er zit best wel een lange donkere tunnel in de klim. Wij hebben genoeg licht gehad aan onze mobieltjes trouwens.
Not too long climb, but great views of the coast over lovely smooth asphalt. Do not forget to bring a lamp for the tunnel that follows after the climb. The other side of the tunnel is also worthwhile.
Niet al te lange klim, maar prachtig uitzicht over de kust over heerlijk glad asfalt. Vergeet niet een lamp(je) mee te nemen voor de tunnel die volgt na de klim. De andere kant van de tunnel is ook zeker de moeite waard.
