Net zoals de oostelijke buurman een goede uitvalsweg vanuit het centrum van Groesbeek naar de mooie omgeving en klimmen ten noorden daarvan. Maar bij deze maak je wel aardig wat hoogtemeters. Het tweede deel (na linksaf te zijn geslagen heeft wel klinkers en drempels maar die laatste kan je goed omzeilen. Qua omgeving niet veel soeps (alleen maar huizen) maar in het laatste gedeelte wel mooi uitzicht naar achteren waardoor je ziet dat er toch best geklommen is.
