Ein sehr versteckt gelegener Anstieg nahe einer Kleingartensiedlung, der verkehrlich selten benutzt wird, aber durchgehend, im Steilstück auch recht breit, asphaltiert ist. Hier kann man in Ruhe austesten was 15％ mit den eigenen Waden anstellen. Abgesehen davon ist die Route eine nette Abkürzung vom Volmetal hoch nach Emst, oder weiter nach Hohenlimburg, wenn man sie kennt und auch meistert ;) Nach Verlassen der Siedung ist die Strecke bewaldet, oben gelangt man zu den Wiesen der Staplacker Hochfläche.
