There are some nice views over to Diggle on the right hand side and you can look over to the right near the top to see where you are heading which is always quite nice. It can be busy with traffic depending on the time - particularly after turning right at the junction near the top to get to Standedge cutting. A solid climb that doesn't change in gradient all the way to the top so you can hit a rhythm and stay in it. There are some nice views over to Diggle on the right hand side and you can look over to the right near the top to see where you are heading which is always quite nice.
