This is a really steep climb. The name says it. Skråningen means a very steep slope. The start is not as steep as the other way up, but still pretty steep. You need to go through some slow down barriers, so you will be going slow, before hitting the final stretch of 13％ with 15+％ max in the bend. It is not on a paved road but on tiles.
