A very good alternative to avoid the crowds on the Gerlossplatte. The climb itself is also surprising. Steep, but regular so you can get into your rhythm. You can make the crossing to the Duxerplatte. This is however via a bad gravel road.
Een zeer goed alternatief om de drukte te vermijden op de Gerlospas. De klim op zich is ook wel verrassend. Steil, maar regelmatig waardoor je goed in je ritme kan komen. Je kan boven de doorsteek maken naar de Duxeralm. Dit is wel via een slechte grintweg. De weg zelf is trouwens ook niet top, maar dat zijn de wegen hier nergens behalve op de gerlospas.
