To get to the bottom you have to start off up either Cross Oak Road or Durrant's Lane, and then the route is cobbled together after the top of Finch Road. The climb of Finch Road itself is nice enough, and is not a through route for cars, so the traffic is very light, but it's not a reason to go there specially.
