From Davos up a very good but steep road to Clavadel. A short descent into the valley and an easier ascent through the forest and parallel to the river to the end of a little-travelled road.
Desde Davos subida por una carretera con muy buen firme pero mucha pendiente hasta Clavadel. Pequeña bajada al valle y subida más sencilla por el bosque y paralelo al río hasta el fin de un camino poco transitado.
Departing from Davos it is immediately after the left turn off the main road (N417) steep uphill to Clavedal. After a descent there is a gently climbing, slightly twisting route, between the green alpine meadows and ridges, upstream near the Sertig mountain stream. The asphalt road, which narrows towards the end, stops in Sand at the small roundabout right in front of the Hotel/Restaurant Walserhuus, with a view of the imposing mountain massif that closes the valley.
A beautiful natural climb with hardly any traffic.
Vertrekkend in Davos is het na de linkse afslag van de grote weg (N417) direct pittig bergop tot Clavedal. Na een afdaling volgt een rustig klimmende licht draaiende route, tussen de groene alpenweiden en heuvelruggen, stroomopwaarts in de nabijheid van de Sertig bergbeek. De naar het einde toe smallere asfaltweg stopt in Sand aan de kleine rotonde vlak voor Hotel/Restaurant Walserhuus met zicht op de imposante bergmassief dat het dal afsluit.
Prachtige natuurklim met amper verkeer.
