The fun is clearly in the beginning here as the second part is a gentle climb through a residential area. The first part, however, is a nice uphill road through beautiful surroundings this way between Vaals and Aachen. This road has fine tarmac but the short approach route from Vaalser Strasse is very poor. Descending to the starting point from e.g. the Senserbachweg is then a good option as this diversions is well worth it.
De pret zit hier duidelijk in het begin want het tweede deel is een rustige klim door een woonwijk. Het eerste deel is echter een lekker oplopend weggetje door een fraaie omgeving zo tussen Vaals en Aachen. Dit weggetje heeft prima asfalt maar de korte aanrijdroute vanaf de Vaalser Strasse is erg slecht. Afdalen naar het beginpunt als je bijv. vanaf de Senserbachweg komt is dan een goede optie want dit ommetje is het zeker waard.
