Mooie klimmetje door het bos. Goed alternatief in plaats van de afdaling langs de drukke rijksweg naar Meerssen. Als je in het gehuchtje Schietecoven links aanhoudt daal je weer af naar de rijksweg en wordt je onderweg getrakteerd op een prachtig uitzicht op de Raarderberg.
