Climb starts in Gerolstein where you enter 'Am Daasberg'. There is a spicy steep section in there from 10 to 12% which is about 500 metres long. This is followed by a bit of descending/flat road until the junction before Gees. Definitely that stretch of excellent road surface and hardly any traffic. The gradients can often be described as 'false' flat with the exception of a 10% stretch halfway up.
Klim begint in Gerolstein waar je de 'Am Daasberg' in rijdt. Daar zit een pittig steil stukje in van 10 tot 12% dat zo'n 500 meter lang is. Daarna volgt een stukje dalen/vlakke weg tot het kruispunt voor Gees. Zeker dat stuk uitstekend wegdek en nauwelijks verkeer. De stijgingspercentages zijn vaak te omschrijven met 'vals' plat met uitzondering van een stuk van 10% halverwege.
