Good regular climb, nice surroundings and respectful cars. The first part is steeper and has more hairpin turns

Today Jan 3, 22 I did this climb from Tamaimo. Nice road, beautiful views, quite some traffic, but they stay nicely behind you until they can pass you. I continued via El Tanque to the coast down near Garachico, also very nice.

Nice climb with nice views (especially in the very first and last part). The first half of the climb up to Tamaimo is a bit steeper than the second half. You cycle here mainly between banana plantations, so for the better views you have to wait until the second part. Right at the start you will have some views of the beautiful steep rocks near Los Gigantes. The road surface is fine.
