The ascent to the second highest refuge in Sardinia, S'Arena altitude 1510m, from here you can continue first on a dirt road and then on an impassable path to the roof of Sardinia, Punta La Marmora 1834m. The road is in fair condition and traffic is practically absent, it is easy until the terrible hairpin bends below the refuge, which are around 15％.
La salita al secondo rifugio più alto della Sardegna, S'Arena quota 1510m, da qui si può proseguire prima su sterrato poi su sentiero impervio per il tetto della Sardegna punta La Marmora 1834m. La strada è in discrete condizioni e il traffico è praticamente assente, è semplice sino ai terribili tornanti sotto al rifugio, che sono intorno al 15-18％.
