After a small cul-de-sac, there follows a narrow paved path for cyclists and walkers only, which was even worse during my climb due to work on a nearby house. A forest is followed by a stretch through the built-up area. Not a nice climb, and very steep, actually quite ugly, but a tough challenge. It keeps on raking with occasional stretches to relax.... read more

A hidden gem! Start is messily hidden; just where the through road crosses the railway, a narrow path is situated on the right. A narrow path that climbs up and slowly turns into the residential areas on the high plateaus above the river Maas. Don't underestimate the slope, take it easy at the start.

Spicy climb, but has very bad road surface and 2x poles on the road where you have to go between. I would definitely not recommend this one to descend, because in addition to the poles and holes on the road, there are now loose stones at the beginning of the climb.
